How to Get the Most Out of Your 30-Day Free Trial

Day 1–2: Import your existing members

If you're coming from spreadsheets or another platform, the fastest win in your first 48 hours is getting your member list in.

Go to Settings → Member registration and turn on auto-generate member codes with a prefix that matches your gym name (e.g. IFB for Iron Forge Brooklyn). Then add members one at a time or export from your current system and reach out to support for a bulk import.

Every member gets a QR code the moment they're created.

Day 3–5: Print your front-desk QR

Go to Settings → Front-desk check-in QR and generate your gym's poster QR. Print it at A5 or larger and mount it at your entrance. Members can now check in three ways:

  • Scan → they're already signed in → auto-checked-in
  • Scan → they're logged out → one-time email code
  • Scan → they're a walk-in → pick a day pass and pay online

Day 6–10: Add your payment method

Under Settings → Payment methods you have two options:

1. Add a bank account — GymProHub creates a Paystack subaccount and settles payments to you minus a 5% platform fee (capped at ₦1,000 per transaction). 2. Connect your own Paystack keys (Core+) — 100% of every transaction goes to your account, no platform fee.

Day 11–20: Set up classes + workouts

Create your recurring class schedule under Classes → Add class. Enable the waitlist so members can queue when a class fills. Under Workouts you can build reusable templates and assign them to specific members.

Day 21–30: Look at your analytics

By now you have real data. Under Reports you'll see:

  • MRR from active members
  • Attendance heatmap (when is your gym busiest?)
  • Revenue by payment method
  • Member churn signals (who hasn't checked in in 14 days?)

Use those to plan your first campaign. Ready to convert? Any plan continues past day 30 — just add your card in Settings → Subscription.
