Terms of Service

GymProHub (“GymProHub,” “we,” “us”) provides gym-management software to fitness businesses and their members. These Terms apply to gym owners, staff, and members using the platform.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you manage a gym, you are also responsible for staff and member accounts you create.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a gym account. Members under 18 may use member portals with parent or guardian consent.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing page; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Upload malware, spam other users, or violate anyone’s intellectual-property rights.
• Use another gym’s brand, logo, or trademarks without permission.

You own the data you enter , member records, payments, class schedules, and everything else. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. Our processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days so you can reactivate; after that, we may delete it.

When you take online payments, transactions are processed by Stripe or Paystack under their respective terms. GymProHub does not hold funds , payments flow directly to your connected account. Chargebacks, disputes, and refunds are handled by the underlying processor.

The platform is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms , we’ll notify you before doing so unless immediate action is required to protect the platform or other users.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
